A Cultural Trilogy 2024

A Cultural Trilogy - An Alberta Culture Days Celebration.

Celebrating Diversity Through Art and Culture

Ethnik Festivals Association, in collaboration with local organizations in Calgary and surrounding areas, proudly presents a three-day cultural extravaganza for our community. This event, “A Cultural Trilogy,” is a unique three-in-one storytelling delivered through various layers of artistic expression, all centered around a common theme: The Music, The Dance, and The Play.

Event Highlights

“A Cultural Trilogy” is a multi-cultural celebration featuring art and cultural presentations from local artists and community groups. This festival showcases both spontaneous acts and curated performances, focusing on diverse artistic styles of expression by groups and individual artists. Attendees will enjoy a wide range of performances, including:

  • Diverse music performances
  • Choreographed dance presentations
  • Stage plays and acting
  • Afro-Canadian craft and art exhibitions
  • International Business Summit with Cocktail Reception

Our festival stands out as it coincides with the annual Alberta Culture Days Celebrations. Throughout September and October, Albertans from various communities come together to share their cultural heritage on our stage. This event ensures equal representation from diverse ethnicities, creating a platform where Canadians, indigenous communities, and visible minority groups can showcase their cultural activities and share stories from lived experiences. It fosters cultural bonding and promotes understanding, contributing to a forward-thinking society.

This year, we are excited to introduce an International Business Summit featuring Dele Momodu as a guest speaker. Dele Momodu is a renowned journalist, publisher, businessman, and motivational speaker, known for his significant contributions to media and business in Africa.
